What are your payment terms?

We kindly ask that all invoices be paid by the due date stated on your invoice. Overdue balances are subject to a service charge of 2% per month (24% per annum). If you anticipate a delay, please reach out to us in advance to discuss options.

We deliver throughout the Metro Vancouver area. Orders over $100 qualify for free delivery, while a flat $30 delivery fee applies to orders under $100.

Our minimum order for free delivery is $100 within the Metro Vancouver area. Orders under $100 are still accepted but will include a $30 delivery fee.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the products are in their original packaging and unused condition. Returns that don’t meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us before returning any items to ensure a smooth process.
